Payments

Payment for your orders can be made in the following ways:

By credit or debit card

You can pay for your order by entering your credit or prepaid card details on the Alpha Bank website securely.

We accept payments via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners as well as using the Masterpass e-wallet.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Deposit to a bank account

Necessary condition for us is to confirm your payment immediately.

In the bank account deposit option, let us know either by email at info@petradi.com.gr or by phone at 210 2931 260 that you have completed the deposit so that the order can be processed and sent immediately without any delay.
