Change order cancellation

One of our goals is the immediate service and dispatch of orders. This unfortunately means that there is a very short window of time for us to change your order. However, if you wish, you can cancel your order and start over. To cancel your order, you can send an email to info@petradi.com.gr with the title Cancel Order and write your name and order reference number in the text field.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is for unused products. Unfortunately we cannot accept used products. Also all returns must be made within 60 days of the order being shipped. Unfortunately, there is no refund for shipping costs. For more information please contact us by email.

Product exchange

Unfortunately we do not accept product exchanges.

Damaged products during shipment

No problem. Please send us an email with the subject of a damaged product, writing in the text field the order reference number, first and last name, and attach a photo where the damage is obvious.

Products are missing from my order

We’re sorry to hear that. If your order is relatively large in volume, it may have been split into two or more deliveries. In this case please check your emails for further delivery information. It is also possible that tracking codes for your parcels concerning more than one order are listed in the same mail thread by your email provider.
