Gift card terms and conditions.

The Gift Card is non-transferable. The holder of the Gift Card is solely responsible for the use and custody of it. In the event of loss or theft, the Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. In such cases, presentation of the Gift Card purchase receipt and/or payment receipt shall not give entitlement to an exchange or refund of the Gift Card. In cases where the card is damaged or has been tampered with, we reserve the right to reject the card.

The Gift Card entitles its holder with the exclusive right to purchase, depending on its existing balance, one or more items for sale in the corresponding period of time in our store. Accordingly, the Gift Card may in no way be redeemed or exchanged for gift cards or other similar means of sale (specifically, gift certificates, credit invoices and promotional codes, among others) of other commercial establishments or shops. The Gift Card can only be used in our physical and online store.

The Gift Card is valid from the moment of its activation. The Gift Card can be used for as many purchases as the holder wishes until the balance is redeemed. The balance of the Gift Card will be reduced according to its use for the purchase of goods in our physical and online store.

The expiry date and value of the Gift Card are shown on it in detail. When this period expires, the Gift Card loses its value and, therefore, cannot be used in any way whatsoever. Furthermore, upon expiry, the existing balance of the Gift Card cannot be refunded by any means and the Cardholder cannot claim a refund under any circumstances. The Gift Card is non-renewable. The existing balance cannot be returned to the Gift Card holder under any circumstances, either in cash or by any other payment method. Once the balance has been used up, the Gift Card should be delivered to our store.

Items purchased with a Gift Card can only be exchanged for other items.

The resolution of any confrontation, dispute or disagreement that may arise in relation to the Gift Card will be done in accordance with the applicable legislation and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
